Replication Seminars at Tay Nguyen University

On April 25th, 2019, a full-day replication seminar of Training of Trainer workshop 5 was organized in Tay Nguyen University. The topic of the seminar was “Tools to support the activities of Career center”

Through the workshop, the participants (22 in total, including CaCe staff, teaching staff, representative of Students’ Opinion) had a very lively discussion on different useful tolos for TNU’s CaCe and feasibility of implementing new activities and services to assist students in improving their employability and entrepreneurship (such as career counselling, online courses…)

In the afternoon the participants were introduced to CaCes’ website designs and tools to design online courses on Moodle. The seminar was hoped to result in commitments to provide effective activities to support students.

Before the replication seminar 5, TNU had organized 4 other seminars discussing various topics for enhancing capacity of a CaCe from September 2018 to May 2019. The topics discussed included: networking, organizing internships and courses on soft skills, labor market insertion, etc. With the total participants of approximately 140, the seminars were agreed to be helpful and effective for enhancing the capacity of CaCe staff and other participants.
