Launching the V2WORK project

The Erasmus+ project “Strengthening the Vietnamese Higher Education System to improve graduates’ employability and entrepreneurship skills” – V2WORK – was officially launched during a 2-day Kick-off Meeting on the premises of project coordinator, the University of Alicante, on March 20^th & 21^st, 2018.

42 representatives from 11 Vietnamese and 3 EU institutions came together to gain a good understanding of the project workflow and its organisation, to discuss the expected deliverables and responsibilities of each partner and to have a clear view of the regulations and expectations of the Erasmus + programme. The event included a special focus group session to prepare a qualitative analysis on graduate employability and entrepreneurship in Vietnam, the results of which will serve to define the surveys prepared for the project’s in-depth analysis, to be developed in 2018.

Following the KoM, the partners participated in a 1-day study visit to hear more about the University of Alicante’s employment and entrepreneurship services and collaboration with local government agencies.
